We're Recruiting 🤩 Read more and Apply

Tell us about yourself

We sometimes take people on between advertised roles, so it is worth getting in touch even when nothing is listed.

Tell us a little about yourself and the work you want to do. We read everything we are sent and keep it to hand for when a role comes up. If one of our open roles suits you, please apply for it directly instead.

How we read applications

We read every application ourselves, against the requirements listed for the role. What gets someone to interview is evidence, not confidence.

Tell us what you did, not what you are. "I lead on appeals" tells us nothing we can check. "I ran the written representations on a refused rear extension in Bracknell, drafted the statement, and we won on the design point" tells us what you did, at what scale, and what happened.

The form asks for three examples against the requirements for the role. Choose the ones you can evidence best. You do not need to cover everything, and we will ask about your examples at interview, so make sure they are yours.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

You can give us this instead of a CV, if it is up to date.

For example, planner at a local authority, or final-year student.

A figure or a range is fine. It helps us match you to the right level of role.

Show us, with examples

Tell us about up to three things you have done that show what you would bring: what the situation was, what you did, and what happened. Specific beats impressive.

The situation, what you did, and the result. Between 40 and 900 characters.
