Typically the most common route used for smaller or less complex cases. We prepare a clear, evidence led appeal statement addressing the Council’s reasons for refusal, supported by planning policy, precedents and case law.

For more technical or contested appeals we represent clients by presenting your case clearly and confidently in front of an Inspector.

For major schemes or where legal issues arise we partner with expert barristers and technical teams to build a strong case, manage expert witnesses, and provide strategic planning support throughout.

For home extensions and alterations refused by the council. These follow a simplified process with a tight deadline, we’ll act quickly to respond effectively to council objections.

Typically, you have six months to appeal a planning refusal, or 12 weeks for householder appeals. We help you act quickly and decisively to meet these deadlines.
