"I have been working with ET Planning for over 15 years. I have always found the team to be meticulous in their detail, when that matters, but it’s equally important to say that, unlike a lot of planning consultancies, they are prepared to give a view, even if they can’t be certain about the outcome. As a developer, that is what I want sometimes: I would rather have a view of the % chance of a positive outcome, rather than a stance which sits on the fence.
