Wokingham Borough Local Plan 2045: The Next Steps
The Challenge
Wokingham Borough Council has started work on its new Local Plan, which will guide development across the Borough to 2045. The initial Call for Sites has now closed, and the Council’s next anticipated stage is a scoping consultation to help identify the key issues and options that the new Plan should address.
Our Approach
Although the Call for Sites has finished, it remains important for landowners and developers to follow the Plan’s progress and engage with future consultation stages. ET Planning has extensive experience of promoting land through the Wokingham Local Plan process and has successfully secured proposed allocations within the Council’s most recent draft Plan.
