Unanimous vote approves redevelopment of equestrian site in Bracknell Forest Green Belt

Planning approval was received on 14 December for the redevelopment of a redundant equestrian site to be transformed into a single detached dwelling with a double garage in the green belt area of Bracknell Forest.

The plans will see the existing property, hay barn and stables converted to a new dwelling and garage; with the ménage to be remodeled into a desirable, large, circular driveway in front of the dwelling.

ET Planning was able to work with Land to Homes Property Developers, to negotiate revised plans to reduce the height of the house and garage in order to receive a favourable recommendation by Bracknell Forest Council officers; which was subsequently given unanimous support by the planning committee.
