                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 ET Planning on behalf of Your Land Partner have helped secure permission for 40  dwellings in South Somerset, where issues of phosphate neutrality have stifled development in recent years.

The site is located within the South Petherton Neighbourhood Plan area and the development will deliver 14 affordable housing units. An important material consideration was that the Council were unable to demonstrate a 5 Year Housing Land Supply.
