Principal Planner
Sam Peacock is a Principal Planner at ET Planning, where he has been a valued member of the team for over five years. With more than eight years of professional experience in the planning sector, Sam brings particular expertise in Green Belt development and sequential testing, supporting a diverse range of clients across residential and commercial projects.
Sam has successfully delivered a broad spectrum of planning work, including full planning applications, pre-application submissions, and appeal hearings. His methodical approach and technical knowledge have contributed to the positive outcomes of numerous schemes, particularly those involving complex policy interpretation and sensitive locations.
Sam plays an active role in leading projects through the planning process, offering strategic advice and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs to ensure robust, policy-compliant submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Geography – University of Southampton
- Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Development – University of Reading
