Robyn Milliner

Principal Planner

Robyn joined the ET Planning team in July 2022 as a Principal Planner, based at the Crowthorne Office.  Before joining ET Planning, Robyn worked for over seven years at a local authority, Basingstoke and Deane, where she started her career as a trainee whilst completing her masters before progressing to a senior planning policy officer.

Robyn specialises in planning policy work, having worked on a number of development plan documents with vast experience in progressing a number of neighbourhood plans of varying sizes and complexity in Basingstoke and Deane. Robyn has taken customers through various stages of the neighbourhood plan process from designation to adoption, to monitoring the plan once it’s been made. If your parish is undertaking a neighbourhood plan and would like support with any aspects of this process, Robyn is able to assist.  Robyn also a vast knowledge in relation to policy matters, dealing with a number of areas including self-build.

Robyn holds a BA (Hons) in Human Geography, MSc in Spatial Planning and has been a fully chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 2020.

Outside of the office, Robyn can often be found playing team sports including Korfball and football. She is also a PADI certified scuba diver and enjoys diving in warmer seas having dived in the Caribbean and the Maldives recently. Robyn also enjoys exploring new places around the world, having recently travelled to St Lucia and Budapest.
