Chris joined ET Planning in September 2024 and is based in our Head Office, working within the National Economics Team.

During his career Chris has worked for several national house builders,  a housing association and within several organisations in the public sector (including Homes England) in the South and South-West of England, delivering affordable and open market housing.  Earlier in his career, Chris worked for commercial developers undertaking retail, leisure and business development schemes throughout England including three shopping centres.

He has worked on the delivery of major residential and mixed used schemes within both the private and public sectors and as a result has experience in both development viability and option appraisals.

In Chris’s previous roles he worked on the delivery of major residential developments, throughout the South and South West of England, including schemes at Greenwich Peninsula, Portishead and Swindon.

At his time at Homes England he put in place infrastructure funding (both loan and grant) for major residential and mixed use schemes throughout the south and south west to unlock the delivery of housing including schemes in Berkshire, Devon, Hampshire, Kent, North Somerset and Surrey. Part of this role include negotiating funding agreements and contract.

Chris holds a BSc Hons in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is a chartered surveyor (MRICS).
