Our Strategic & Major Developments team provide expert advice to house builders, developers and landowners.
We advise on a mixed portfolio of sectors including residential, older persons housing, commercial and energy projects.
We offer planning appraisals, promotion of land through the plan process (including attendance at Local Plan examinations), through to engagement with local communities, the submission of planning applications and planning representation at appeal.
We also work closely with parish and local councils, to assist in the production of Neighbourhood Plans & Development Plan making.
