Site Appraisal Services
Prior to making the commitment to prepare and submit a planning application we recommend our Planning Appraisal service. These Appraisals are designed to support experienced developers to homeowners with no prior experience. If you have applied for planning permission and received a refusal notice, we can undertake a review of the Council’s justification for its refusal reasons.
Preparation and co-ordination of the submission of planning applications and we can negotiate on your behalf with the Local Planning Authority. ET Planning has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the planning policies, and we can support you through the full process for developments of all scales. This service also encompasses Certificate of Lawfulness & Prior Approval submissions if suitable to your development proposal.
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
We have extensive knowledge and experience in submitting Regulation 114 CIL Appeals to challenge the chargeable amounts in Liability Notices, as well as successfully decreasing Demand Notice Surcharges at Regulation 117 Appeals.
