Bracknell Forest Council granted planning permission last week for an 8 bedroom hotel extension at Stirrups Country House Hotel, located in the Berkshire Green Belt. Permission was based on a series of Very Special Circumstances to justify development in this Green Belt location, including the Hotel’s business case, and the rising demand for hotel places in the area.
