A farm in the pretty, rural area of Sindlesham in the Wokingham Borough has just received prior approval consent to convert two agricultural buildings into residential dwellings thanks to the support of ETPlanning.
The buildings, which were originally used for cattle rearing, are to be repurposed into two houses thanks to the change of use permission. The original steel frames of the buildings will be retained, with new timber boarding and windows inserted within this, as well as brick infill panels under a natural slate roof.
Prior Approval planning permission was approved by Wokingham Borough Council under delegated powers.
