The Thames Valley & Hants division at ET Planning, worked in close conjunction with Ascot Design and have achieved a Committee resolution to approve a development of 88 dwellings in Bracknell, Berkshire.
This follows a previous permission granted on site which involved apartment units only, with the new development providing a wider mix of apartment and particularly much-needed townhouses within very close vicinity to Bracknell town centre.
The development comprises a design and layout of the highest-standard, balancing parking demands with a strong level of site greenery and soft landscaping, in order to form a highly sustainable level of development that will significantly improve the visual appearance of the existing site as well as providing a landmark scheme complementing the ongoing town centre regeneration works. The application involved detailed discussions via maximising our favourable working relationship with Bracknell Forest Council in order to achieve these outcomes.
This follows the Bracknell Town Football Club having already completed a relocation to alternative premises prior to the application submission.
