Existing Gypsy site to be subdivided, making best use of plot

An existing gypsy site in Wokingham has been granted planning permission to subdivide the pitches, under the recommendation of ET Planning.

This division will allow two more pitches to be added to the two existing pitches on the site and also allow for parking, access and the construction of day rooms. All of this is possible with the agreement of Wokingham Borough Council following the demolition of existing garages and outbuildings and the removal of three mobile homes.

Founding Director Emily Temple said: “Gypsy sites are hard to create, so wherever possible we look to support clients to subdivide suitable existing sites, allowing them to make better use of the land already acquired”.
