3 new dwellings in Huntingdonshire

Planning permission was achieved this week for three dwellings, following demolition of an existing property.  The site comprised of a generous plot within the settlement, but was constrained by varying land levels, mature trees, and proximity to neighbouring properties.  Officers at Huntingdonshire District Council were helpful; agreeing to extend the timescale on the original application for a terrace of 4 dwellings, to facilitate updated tree protection details a a revised design of 3 dwellings with greater spacing to the side boundaries.  With revised drawings prepared by Ktech technical drawings including traditional quoin brick detailing and chimneys, the Council were satisfied with the proposed 3 units and determined the application under delegated powers.
