A current application has been granted approval by Wokingham Borough Council’s planning committee for ancillary hotel (C1) accommodation to the existing Nirvana Spa. The accommodation will include 70 bedrooms for Spa guests wishing to enhance their use of the Spa facilities, and a new outside swimming pool.
The accommodation will include Presidential Suites, a private rooftop garden for overnight guests and will expand the bar and restaurant facilities on site for spa guests.
The existing ‘Pulse 8’ gym will be demolished but replacement gym facilities will be included in the new hotel facility. Extra car parking and soft landscaping will also be included.
